Our Story
Started with one family. Grown by earning trust.
Keinjan Care Services began with a small team who saw how impersonal disability support could feel — rushed visits, rotating faces and little continuity. We set out to do it differently: consistent support workers, clear communication and services shaped around the goals each participant actually has.
Today we support participants across every state and territory, but the approach has not changed. Every plan starts with listening, and every relationship is built to last.

02 What are Keinjan Care Services’ main areas of focus?
Our key focus areas are Supported Independent Living (SIL), Community Access (CAS), and Capacity Building, supported by a broad range of daily living, employment, nursing, transport and community services.
03 Can my family, nominee or support coordinator make a referral?
Yes. Participants can contact us directly, and referrals are also welcome from family members, nominees, support coordinators and other trusted professionals with the participant’s consent.
04 Will my supports be personalised?
Absolutely. We begin by listening to your goals, preferences, routines and communication needs, then shape a support approach around what matters to you.
05 How do I get started?
Use our referral form or contact our friendly team. We will talk through your goals, answer your questions and explain the next steps clearly, without pressure.
